The space

Located on the top floor, this apartment’s standout feature is its large furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying warm evenings in total relaxation.

The real highlight? The barbecue, perfect for sharing enjoyable meals outdoors.

The apartment opens onto a practical entrance hallway.
On the left, you will find the bathroom, complete with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub/shower.

The living area includes:

a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer;
a living room area with sofa bed and TV corner;
a small balcony with a table, lovely to enjoy at any time of the day.

The sleeping area consists of:

a single bedroom, with direct access to the terrace;
a double bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.
Guest access

The apartment is located on the top floor and can be reached by lift.
Please note, however, that once you exit the lift, you will still need to go up one additional flight of stairs.

For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Other things to keep in mind

Italian regulations regarding short-term rentals are becoming increasingly strict and require hosts to comply with a number of mandatory procedures.

For this reason, please note that:

we are required to collect guest information.
To best protect your privacy, we will send you a secure link through which you can independently enter your details.
Once verified, the information will be transmitted to the competent authorities in accordance with legal obligations;
in the case of online check-in, we are required to verify guests’ identities through digital tools, in order to ensure that the people accessing the apartment are the same as those indicated in the booking;
we are required to formalise the stay through a tourist rental agreement.
The reservation made through the platform already constitutes a contractual basis, but in some cases additional supporting documentation may also be required;
we are required to request the information needed for the issuance of a receipt or invoice, such as:
first name, last name, email address, home address and tax code (if resident in Italy).
